The guide (Alonzo maybe? ) was excellent! The palace and basilica tours were awesome. Museo Correr was just ok.
Great tour

Our tour guide was great and the entire staff was friendly. It was easy to find our meeting point and sure it took a little while to get our entire group together (people ran late) but our guide filled the time with extra explanations and history. Overall, would definitely recommend!
St Marks Basillica and Doges Palace

This is an amazing tour that we almost didn’t do, and skipping the long lines to get tickets was pretty great! Both the church and the Palace are awesome and definitely worth seeing and understanding the history of. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot! It is a bit pricey for my thoughts but well worth it. The best way to finish our Venice trip

4 day visit

With only being in Venice for such a short time, the first thing we had to do was book a trip via Tripadvisor. Initially I made a mistake with the booking and was able to cancel and get my money back with no quibble. So then I rebooked a skip-the-line joint Basilica and Doges Palace tour.

We were supposed to meet at 10.15 for 10.30 and although it made it quite clear in the information, that backpacks and wheelchairs were not appropriate, people still arrived with both! At 10.30, we were ushered to a very large group nearer the Basilica in the raging sunshine. It wasn’t until 11.00 that we actually began the tour so whether we gained much (with regard to time) was debatable.

However, the guide was superb and dealt with those who bought backpacks and the wheelchair with patience beyond my understanding.

She spoke with clarity and was very easy going, smiling and answering our questions.

I would thoroughly recommend this tour and it was only given 4 stars because of the long wait in the sunshine.
