Overview

A slow guided tour by bike to let you discover the Riviera del Brenta in a wonderful way. Bike renting, lock, map and water is included in the package. Starting point in Marghera (morning tour) and Dolo (afternoon tour). Free parking. Total approx 25 km.

Located in the heart od the cozy town of Dolo, this place is the oldest building of the city where the boats and ship were builted and maintened from 15th century to the end of the 18th century under the Republic of Venice

Gorgeous tour of the villas in the Veneto countryside

We had a great day cycling with Gianluca from Dolo to Venice and seeing the villas along the route. The majority of the route is along the river or small roads and Gianluca was a knowledgeable and very interesting guide. He even took us to his own house for coffee and a rest by the river. Wonderful day.

We found Travel & Bike through an online search. We were looking for access to bikes and discovered that Travel & Bike was attached to a B&B hosted by Gianluca, Monica and her parents. What a happy surprise. We stayed there for our last four nights in Italy. From the moment Gianluca picked us up at the train station until we waved good-bye at the airport, we felt that we were staying with friends. The B&B is in Dolo, half way between Venice and Padua. Cycling along the canal proved to be the best way to see the area, including Padua, and our bikes were sturdy and well-equipped. Our room had everything we could possibly need, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast buffet plentiful. On the day we ventured into Venice, Gianluca had bus tickets for us. (They anticipated our every need.) We were overwhelmed by Venice and so happy to return to our peaceful home-away-from-home where we sat in the garden and enjoyed lovely picnic dinner. A wonderful place to stay and fabulous cycling too. What more could you ask for

Esperienza unica tra arte e natura

Abbiamo affittato le bici a Padova e ci è stata data la possibilità di riconsegnarle a Venezia. Il tour lungo il Naviglio del Brenta è un’esperienza unica, un’immersione intensa nell’ arte e nella natura, tra mille colori e profumi tra ottimi vini e gente cordialissima. Le bici elettriche che abbiamo affittato sono di ottima qualità e Gianluca e Bastiano ci hanno assistito dall’inizio alla fine del viaggio in maniera eccelsa! Consigliato assolutamente!!!!

Gianluca e Battista, i gestori, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato con molti consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su dove alloggiare, consigli che si sono rivelati molto utili.
