Black Car Great!! Viator not so good

The Black Car service was EXCELLENT!!

There was a mix up with reservations, when it came to Viator, they were not accommodating when I reported a duplicate reservation. Still waiting for a response from a 10/26 transport

Our driver was on time waiting for us with a comfortable car and boat shortly after. Would definitely recommend.

Not taken to the hotel. Dropped at a public transportation site and not told how to find the hotel.

We were not dropped at our hotel as promised because the Venice Canal was closed. We were dropped at a public transportation site without being told how to find our hotel. We had to drag our luggage through Venice asking strangers for help trying to find the hotel.

Having to drag my luggage through unknown streets of Venice, not knowing where we were going looking for our hotel.
