Airport Transportation to Hotel

If you need transportation from the Venice airport to your hotel directly, select this service. They pick you up as you depart customs and take you to the water taxi that takes you to the hotel. We stayed at the Danieli which has its own dock. Can’t be easier than this.

Great way to start your holiday

This is a must if it’s your first visit to Venice . Just perfect . Met at arrival gates by a great hostess and taken straight to boat . Dropped off quite far from rented accommodation which was disappointing as numerous water taxis were seen passing our front window

Not worth the money

Service was great however it is much cheaper if you just get a water taxi in Venice. The additional $$ involved is not worth it. Either way you still need to walk to the exit and there is a sign that says private water taxi.

Greeter was not where he was to be so waited for 30 minutes then went up to the desk to get it straightened out. Drop off was at the taxi stand which would be fine if we knew that before. Not sure why the drop off wasn’t at the door. Next time I’ll just hire my own water taxi. Not sure what Viator did for me.

We paid for a meet and greet service and we did not get that ,, nobody met us ,we had to go and find the office where a man told us to walk to the dock , this was not the product as sold on the booking .. The boat and the crossing were as expected and the driver was a gentleman !!
