What To Expect

During the class, you will prepare:
- fist course (it can be a hand made pasta, risotto or lasagna) with tomatoes and fresh vegetables
- second course (can be chicken or fish) or Eggplants Parmigiana
Tiramisu` dessert. You will also enjoy a wine tasting session with a professional sommelier, who will help you to discover some delicious wine pairings. End your class with a lovely lunch and enjoy the fruits of your hard work, with plenty of wine of course.

That being said, be ready for a trek from the market to his home where the cooking class takes place. It IS worth it, but still a good bit of info to have.
The tiramisu was the BEST we've had in Italy!
