Lorenzo was a fabulous host and guide. He gave a very nice tour of the food market where he bought the needed items for lunch. He showed us all the different vegetables, produce and meats that Venetians eat. It was very interesting and informative. After, we went to his home where we prepared lunch. We made a wonderful 3 course meal. The direction and interaction was outstanding. Lorenzo is an excellent cook and teacher.
This tour is a must do for pasta enthusiasts.
