This was our first time at a Hard Rock Cafe and was absolutely blown away, the food was incredible, the staff were very friendly and very helpful…. The atmosphere was just amazing

Surprised by such a lovely evening

We wouldn't normally visit a Hard Rock Cafe in a place like Venice but we were staying directly opposite (Hotel Cavalletto) and one of our party was just getting better from being unwell so it was handy.

Fabulous! We only had snacks, plus alcohol of course, but the service was exceptional. At last orders mt lady went out for a cigarette and our waiter poured me another red wine on the house "because you have to do something while she is outside".

Lovely evening, thank you.

We were visiting Venice during our summer holidays and after 13 years it was time to return to Hard Rock Cafe Venice together with our children. We really enjoyed the lunch. We were early so did not have a queue and went straight up to the table we had over a decade ago. Food was absolutely great and what we enjoyed the most was the wonderful team. Adriana took great care of us and helped us and our kids to feel welcome and appreciated. Jesus is a very kind restaurant manager and also when it got busier no rush and always great hospitality. Thank you for having us.

Great location, really friendly staff and yummy food!
There isnt a huge amount on the set menu but enough to hopefully satify most.

Good venue poor menu options

This was easy to book and we were given an excellent seat. We opted for three course option, however this is where it went down hill. Option choice for starters was salad or onin rings. Main course was a bit better with 4-5 options. Desert was chocolate cake no option. All i would say is if you opt for 3 courses then you should have a couple of choices for desert. Also the menu restrictions were not highlight at time of booking. You can opt to have extras on top of the bill, but even then my alternative desert choice was not available. The waitress was really good, which ofset the disappointment.

Punching below their weight

A below average experience. Location great. Food variable. Service all smiles but really poor on delivery We booked in advance but still had to wait. We were greeted warmly in turn by altogether 5 waiting staff .All courteous but kept disappearing. The starter was lukewarm the mains arrived as they took the starters away. No one cleared the plates, the menus were dog eared, the table was sticky, our waiter disappeared, the one on duty was chatting to another table and lost track of time. No desert menu offered, no waiter to take order for drinks. All together below the average experience. Hard Rock cafes are dear to my families heart and we have visited a fair few with a thriving fridge magnet collection as proof. The one in Venice was disappointing and pricey.
