Prosecco wine tour offers a unique experience combining an unforgettable immersion in the venetian countryside with a guided visit to the best selection of wineries where family traditions create the finest Prosecco wine.
During the tour you will enjoy some excellent glasses of wine with a wide array ranging from extra brut, brut, extra dry, dry to millesimato and visiting also the famous Osteria senz’Oste with its wonderful view. The wine tasting includes a visit and tasting in two wineries and a light lunch made of tasty plates of typical cheese, salami and other local food from the Venetian tradition.

We started from Treviso, although most will likely begin in Venice. Riccardo picked us up ahead of schedule and took my wife and I on a fabulous tour across the UNESCO World Heritage designated regions of the Veneto that are home to Prosecco DOCG - you will never drink Prosecco DOC again once Riccardo enlightens you to the vast quality differences between the two.
For a VERY fair price Riccardo spent over 10 hours introducing us to to amazing boutique, family wineries where we were the only guests. At both wineries had unlimited tasting of 3-4 Proseccos along with home made charcuterie, cheeses and breads. We also visited 2 beautiful nature reserves as well as an olive oil farm (this is probably the most northern place in Italy where olives can grow). Riccardo specializes in small groups (2-4 persons) and made us feel like we were family. There was never any pressure to buy anything from the wineries and all tastings are covered in the trip cost which is paid in advance.
By far this was our best and most personal wine tasting experience in all of Italy. Riccardo is extremely gracious and knowledgeable as well as an excellent driver.
